NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hi,

    How do I update the Pro plug in?

    I am on an old version and do not receive automatic updates for some reason.

    Should I delete the old Plug In then add the new version onto my site?

    I don’t want it to delete all my members etc or products.

    I am not sure why you have not received your update notifications… but nevertheless, you can update manually.
    Before you update to our latest version, please also make sure you have WC Vendors (free) updated to v1.9.9

    Also- for safe measure, read this post- there have been a lot of changes made lately with WooCommerce and WC Vendors: https://www.wcvendors.com/help/topic/before-you-update-woocommerce-3-0-wc-vendors/

    To manually update :
    1. back up your site (optional safe measure)
    2. download the latest Pro version from your account here: https://www.wcvendors.com/my-account/downloads/
    3. deactivate & then delete your current WC Vendors Pro (info/settings are stored in your database….)
    5. Immediately upload the new Pro version zip you downloaded from my-account.
    6. Activate! ?
