Hi, I want to ask something.

If someone wants to register as vendor, he/she should register his/her email, password, checked “Apply as Vendor?,” and “I have read and agreed Terms and Conditions.” Then, she/he will get a pending notification status (waiting until the site admin approves the registration).

This is the normal way, right?

Now, what if I want the new vendor to fill every information, that he/she is supposed to fill at User’s Profile (www.mysite.com/wp-admin/profile.php) and Shop’s Profile (https://ethnicityindo.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wcv-vendor-shopsettings), after clicking the “Register” button? Only after filling all fields, she/he will be directed to pending registration page.

FYI, here are the fields I have for each section:
    1. User’s profile
    Name
    a. First name
    b. Last name
    c. Username (dropdown list)
    d. Display name for public as

    Contact info
    e. Email address
    f. Website
    g. Google+
    h. Twitter username (without @)
    i. Facebook profile URL

    About User
    j. Bio info
    k. Profile picture

    Additional Info
    l. Bank name (this is my custom field)
    m. Branch (this is my custom field)
    n. Account owner (this is my custom field)
    o. Account no. (this is my custom field)

    2. Shop Settings
    a. PayPal email address
    b. Shop name
    c. Seller info
    d. Shop description

Another question, I realized that only admin can add user’s address to every user’s profile. How can I enable every user and vendor to add their address (and shop address for vendor) during registration? This includes billing address and delivery address.

    Thank you very much 🙂

    Hello,
We just hook into the WooCommerce my-account page for vendor registration.
If you would like to use all of these fields (either custom added or … are you using buddypress??) You could then direct your registered users to the pro dashboard after they have registered to sign up to become a vendor. Rather than trying to edit the my-account registration.
    Does that make sense?

You can then require the fields for the vendor application by using the filters to require the fields.. this is an example of how to make a field required:
