NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hello support team
    please let me know how to contact customer by vendor related to an order, for instance vendor wants to contact customer to as for rating for their service and product after purchasing the product. also customer contact the vendor related to an specific order such as notifying vendor regarding delayed shipment or wrong product received.

    Hello,
    The vendor could use the provided customer email; or you could use a member plugin such as buddypress to have members of your site contact one another.
    We do not have a built-in contact feature in WC Vendors or Pro.

    View Order Details
    Shipping Label
    Order Note
    Tracking Number
    contact customer

    same as in the customer order to contact vendor..

    i think this is an important and essential feature to a pro version. i use buddypress plugin also in the theme. but that contact button is not exactly related to an order. i hope this is an essential feature requirement. i hope there will be an update on that.
