    I’m trying to activate the variation of products and I’m not getting it. At the moment of linking the variations it is impossible to make the link of the variations created to the product. Is there any specific procedure to activate this function? The same occurs for the grouping.

    I’m using HandyTheme. The website address is http://www.arterama.com.br

    I am trying to understand your question so I can help.
    Are you, as admin, creating attributes for products?
    wp admin > products > attributes
    The vendors are having difficulty using attributes to create variation?
    Could you show me some screenshots of the area where you are having difficulty?

    Also, please share your woocommerce system status: wp admin > woocommerce > system status

    In my case are the suppliers that are not able to enter the variations of products. Even though I allow through the wcvendors panel the attribute or group of products is not created. I am sending and attaching the woocommerce status and screen prints where users try to enter the product variation.
    If it is necessary to create a seller profile and see what happens.

    Hello,
    Ok- I see a few things.
    First of all, you need to set your WooCommerce my-account page:
    wp admin , WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts
    Secondly, your WC Vendors Pro dashboard page and WC Vendors free dashboard page both need to be on separate pages, both parent pages, and with their appropriate shortcodes.

    Third- Handytheme is likely not been updated n a while. They override our templates, and so it is imperative that they be in sync with our updates.

    Can I please see your FULL WooCommerce System Status?
    You can just go to that page, select COPY and then paste that here. Set it in a private reply if you wish. Much easier than you making screenshots again. πŸ˜‰

    Hello,
    Handy Theme has not been updated since November.
    Please check with them so they can update their theme templates — they override our templates — as well as they must update to be WooCommerce 3.0+ compatible.
