    hello again this is very important I need sorting asap.

    people are applying to become a vendor with the application form which I am receiving ok. but when they click become a vendor and click terms and conditions nothing is happening and I am not getting a pending vendor in my dashboard. I need this fixed as I have people trying to become vendors on my site.

    this was fine until I bought pro

    Please reply with your WooCommerce System Status: wp admin > woocommerce > system status

    What page are you showing int he screenshot? Have you altered the vendor application form for Pro?

    That does not make any sense to me. What do you mean you took off the application form?

    Please share your entire WooCommerce system status (wp admin > woocommerce > system status). You only showed me the first few lines.

    the page is called become a MHV Vendor I made the page it worked fine before I bought wc vendors pro.

    it wont allow people to accept terms and conditions to become a vendor and there is nothing on users for pending vendor.

    If your users visit the WooCommerce my-account page, select the checkbox to become a vendor and go to our regular vendor application, are they not able to apply to become a vendor?

    they cannot become vendors it will not allow them. I don’t know how else to explain

    Ok..
    Have you gone through the standard debugging steps?
    1. Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce, WC Vendors and WC Vendors Pro
    2. Switch to the Storefront theme
    Test.
    Also– did you have another multi-vendor plugin installed before suing WC Vendors?

    yes I have deactivated all plugins,

    also I’m using the marketplace theme from buddyboss

    and no I never used any multi plugins before installing wc vendors

    it worked fine before I used wc vendor pro

    the issue was happening before I installed buddy boss

    Danny,
    Just check the box that says, “Set as Private Reply” which is located just above the SUBMIT button.
    Would you please tell me whether you have modified the application page or template?

    Before I can do anything to help you — I really need you to clearly answer the question I have asked you three or four times: Have you modified/changed/edited.altered the application template or functions in any way?
