NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    We have just started using WCVendors and have noticed a strange problem affecting the commissions paid/due reporting on the dashboards for vendors

    If you see the screenshots below, (for the same period), you’ll see that one reporting (the basic dashboard) is showing the correct commission amount, however the other report on the Pro dashboard shows the amount split between paid and Due

    No commissions have been paid on this site yet and all commissions are showing as due inside the other reporting, it just seems this dashboard element is reporting incorrectly

    Is this a bug? Please advise on a fix for this as we can’t roll out use of the plugin currently while we have this issue

    No there has not been a similar bug reported.
    Hmm.. are you running test orders here?
    Are you sure that when setting up your payment method or testing that you did not select “Now” or payout the due commission?
    Is this happening with all vendors or just one?
    Was the commission shown as paid from one order or more than one order?
