NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    I got an issue with your plugin.
    Indeed, i send product from France and when i enable national shipping, it doesn’t take it, but on the contrary, the international shipping cost and functions.

    I don’t know why and how it happens but i think, it’s gonna help you to make a better solution.
    Further more, the Free product shipping isn’t working well.

    So, let’s see with screens.

    Does the vendor have their store shipping address entered?
    Are you using only vendor shipping?

    I tried to login with the admin details you provided, but it looks like that is a vendor account, as it sent me to a pro dashboard page.
