NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    Hi Anna,

    I updated to WCVENDORS Pro 1.4.1 and I’m getting the message – ‘WC Vendors Pro has detected you are running on your http://www.wcvendors.com. The license activation system has been disabled.’

    Hi Anna,

    I do not use local site, but I usually clone my website in order to test the plugins and themes whenever there are updates.

    My main site:
    – https://www.bemvestir.moda

    My clones sites:
    – https://wordpress-83008-243789.cloudwaysapps.com
    – https://wordpress-45020-243949.cloudwaysapps.com

    Please tell me which procedure should I take so that I can have the clone sites as well as how can I reactivate my license in the main site.

    So the message is showing on your live site?
    You can use WC Vendors Pro on your clone sites — just don’t activate the license.
    Only activate the license on your live site.
    If the message is showing on your live site, let me know and I will check and see how Jamie has this defined in the code.

    Hi Anna,

    I never activated the license on my clone websites. I just do the cloning and nothing else.
    The message is still showing on live website https://www.bemvestir.moda.
