NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hi,

    When trying to activate my vendorspro license on: https://grotemarkt.gr (193.189.149.83) i get the message:

    “You have reached the maximum number of allowed activations for this license. If you are having trouble deactivating please visit our website and deactivate here.”

    But when I log in into my account I can’t see: any orders or any API keys. It looks like my whole account is empty?

    -Where is the order & key I bought last year? (on 28 may 2016)?
    -How can I (re-)activate my key/site without the help of support?
    -Can you restore my order?

    By the way I was talking about my missing accountdetails (and API key) on https://www.wcvendors.com/my-account/.

    Hello Casper,
    Please go to the downloads section in your account here: https://www.wcvendors.com/my-account/downloads/
    You should have a delete button there- as well as your license key(s).

    Since a lot of users seem to have difficulty deactivating the license, I have already gone and deactivated this on our end- you can now go to: wp admin > settings > wc vendors license and try to activate it again on your website.

    In the future, if you need to deactivate the license, go to wp admin > settings > wc vendors license, an, you should have a check box that says Deactivate. Check that and hit save.. If that fails- let me know and I can deactivate it for you.

    Also you used this email: [email protected] when purchasing Pro- so that’s the email you will need to use when re-activating the license.
