NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    What is the cost for license/pro-support renewal? Looks like mine just ran out.

    Hello,
    WC Vendors Pro renewal is full price: $149.00
    Each license entitles you to 12 months of suppport and updates for Pro.

    Hello,

    Does it cost $149 to renew the WC vendors pro license? Does that mean I have to re-purchase wc vendors pro every year?

    My license expires at the end of this month. Will I have to purchase a new one the day before?

    Hi Anna @FERVOUS apologies if this is a silly Q, I just need to know how this update works.

    If I purchase a new license, will my current users (with all of their information) be automatically transferred to my new license?

    And do I really need to pay for a new license (at $149) every year?

    Hello,
    Nothing will change for your users or your site at all when you purchase a new Pro license.
    Your license entitles you to 1 year of updates and support.
    After one year, if you wish to continue receiving support and WC Vendors Pro updates, you repurchase Pro to renew your license.
