NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    I want to do something like when I(admin) updates any product, the vendor of that product should get an email that Admin has changed this product of yours, just have a look.

    How can we achieve that? I think we need to do some custom code on a particular hook but not getting enough idea about that.

    Please help me in that.

    Hi Meet,

    You’d need to write some custom code to achieve this. You would have hook into the ‘save_post’ action, check who the current user is and then trigger an email.
