Hi
I have the marketplace theme. I was ready to launch the site but then I updated woocomerce and wcvendors andeverything messed up. View Order details dont work ratings page doesnt work and coupons. How long will it take to fix everything and make it compatible with marketplace theme. With so many errors after the updates you made I hope you will fix these issues soon? Or do i have to revert to your old versions until ou have a 100% update compatible with woocomerce and marketplace.
The thing is each update you make has new issues and i dont know when i can update safely or not

Are you talking about Social Marketplace by BuddyBoss?!?
It is up to THEM to stay updated for OUR plugins, not the other way around. Make sure you are running: WC 3.0.4, WC Vendors Pro 1.4.2 (and stay updated) and WC Vendors 1.9.10.Hi Anna
I just didn’t know if its wc vendors that has the problem or the marketplace theme by Buddyboss. They haven’t been really helpful with my questions so i dont know if its them that have to fix the issues or you.The only problem now Anna is that I can’t view the order details popup. Niether the tracking nor the add note. Is this something that others are experiencing?

What other plugins are you running? Would you share your WooCommerce System Status here in a reply, so I can see what you have configured? wp admin > woocommerce > system status > get status > copy for supportHave you tried deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce, WC Vendors and WC Vendors Pro to test and see if there is another conflict? Sometimes there can be some js in another plugin that will interfere. Also, if you have moved any templates to your child theme for customization, they will also need to be modified to reflect any updates we have done on our templates.

I cannot replicate this on my dev site at all.
I have wp 4.7.4, WooCommerce 3.0.4, WC Vendors 1.9.10, and WC Vendors Pro 1.4.2
Also the Newest Social Marketplace: One Social theme v1.2.1 and BuddyBoss marketplace v1.4.1I can view orders, order details…order note & tracking.. it all shows up.
I’m not running most of the other plugins you have.. but you say you deactivated them and you still could not see the order note and tracking.
So.. I am not sure why this is occurring on your install. I have not yet had any other reports of this particular issue. 🙁So what am I supposed to do Anna 🙁
Now i noticed that all the orders disappeared from the dashboard. Why are the previous versions of wc vendors fine and once I updated it has conflicts?Can you please log on my site as admin to see if you can spot something?
ThanksAlso I have read other forum topics where people have he same issue. They cannot acces order details and cant view the ratings page etc

Yeah Im using knownhost ssd-1 package VPS. Im very happy with them and their support is amazingAnna here is the login details for admin. you must go to this address to login(busycyprus.com/ceo-access-4863) once you login it will stay on the same page. you must now go to the wp-admin link and it will work

ThanksAnna Good news. I tried deactivating all plugins again and this time the problem was solved. The plugin wp better minify is what is causing the issue. Do you know any way around this problem because wp better minify is good for my google ranking.
Thank you 🙂I found that it is this JS file being minified causing the issue ( wcvendors-pro-charts ). Should I remove all wcvendor JS files from being minified?

Yes- if you can “whitelist” files, then please make sure that any WC Vendors files are not being minimized.
With a good host, truly none of the minificaiton should be necessary.I try to order under seller store – I can see in administration oder but not in vendor dashboard. Comission is not working. just bought your product today.
