NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hi,

    I’m in the process of trying to remove WC Vendors Pro from one site and move the license key over to another site that we want to use WC Vendors Pro and Stripe plugin on.

    So the website I currently have the WC Vendors Pro license key on is http://www.MyNextBag.com and I want to move it over to http://www.GunDailyDeals.com.

    However, when I go to Deactivate the license key on MyNextBag.com, i’m getting a “The license is not valid.” showing up. The license should be valid. Please explain why this is happening and how can I successfully move this license key over to my new site?

    Robert,
    Please try activating it on the new site now. Your license is valid.
    For some reason your old activation was still hanging on.. I have deleted that activation now and so you should be able to get it set on your new site.
    If you have trouble, please private reply with your admin login/password and site url and I can assist with the activation.

    Thank you for following up on this. I keep getting the same “License not valid” response.
