NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    Hello,

    I am trying to get JanStudio to design their new Theme(s) for WC Vendors Pro, it works fine for the Free version.

    They asked for FTP access to my WC Vendors so they could look at the Pro files. I asked them to contact ya’ll so they could get a Developer’s License. They claim they did a month or so ago and got no reply.

    This morning they sent this email to Ben and CC-ed me on it:

    Dear Ben,

    We are theme developer on ThemeForest at https://themeforest.net/user/janstudio/portfolio.

    More of our customers want to use our theme (Claue, Gecko) with your plugin WC Vendor Pro for marketplace site.
    As an email we sent you before, could you give us a pro license to check compatible between our theme and your plugin?

    We still wait for your reply.

    Ben, could you please issue JanStudio a Pro Developer’s License so they can get their themes working properly.
