NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hi!

    I seem to be having the same problem as -> https://www.wcvendors.com/help/topic/not-receiving-email-notification-of-new-vendors/

    Sending emails from admin@mydomain.com -> Yes
    Using an SMTP plugin -> Yes
    Enabled in Woocommerce – Settings – Emails – Vendor Application -> Yes
    Other emails like “Your vendor application has been approved”, New Order both to admin and to vendors etc are ALL working.
    I am just not getting the email informing me that there in a new vendor application.

    Any ideas?

    Let’s page @digitalchild and see if perhaps he forgot to add the hook for that. If he did, we’ll have that fixed. 🙂

    Hello.

    I got the same problem now.

    I have no new user/vendor notification to the admin when a new user registers (though the user will receive the registration notification). But I can receive all other email notifications.

    In WC Vendors setting, I disabled the “Approve vendor applications manually”, so is this the reason there will be no notification (to admin) for new user/vendor?

    P.S. FYI, I’m using BuddyBoss’ Social MarketPlace theme with WC Vendor Pro.

    Hi,

    I’m having the same issue as @clothncraft

    I use WC Vendors Pro 1.2.5, and I’m using this version on purpose to keep the old attirbutes form.

    Can you help on how to manually fix the problem of New Vendor Application not being sent to admin in that old version?
    It worked back then when I installed it 🙂

    Any tweak, function etc. ??

    You need to renew your license and update, netteran, for me to be able to even begin to assist you. 1.2.5? That’s from a year ago. And your license expired in November. 🙁
    If you want to maintain old design of the attributes, you will have to find a way of modifying somehow other than running a majorly outdated version of WC Vendors Pro. It just won’t work any more.

    Well, back then I was asking @BEN if it’s possible to perserve the previous attributes choosing but unfortunately he replied, nope 🙂
    I would renew my license if would have built in ready old attributes version or at least ready tweak for the functions to keep em.

    Has anything changed, is it possible to turn the old attributes in the new versions?

    I have installed version 1.3.7 and the problem is not solved i.e. admin still doesn’t receive new vendor application email.

    Is it fixed in 1.4?

    Looks like I’ve just found a solution.
    When you install third party plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/bnfw/) Better Notifications For WordPress
    you can set up a notification that admin receives everytime the user’s role is changed which in WC Vendors occure at registration (switching from default registration role to Pending Vendor role).
