NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    If a Vendor has not set his Paypal email in his shop,

    1) The checkout page shows a message to the buyer that the Vendor has not yet registered and Paypal will send an email to the recipient.
    2) Vendor Funds are not getting transferred to the Admin Paypal.
    3) Vendor commission still shows as Paid.

    Hello,
    This is not typical at all with paypal adaptive payments. Normally it will just send the payment to the site admin if the vendor has not provided a paypal email.
    Is the customer being charged for the transaction?

    Hi Anna,

    Customer is only charged for the commission of the Administrator which is $1.15 in this case, the vendor funds show as pending in the customer paypal account. If there are more than one vendor in the order, customer is charged for the commission of the administrator and the vendors who have set their paypal email.
