NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    The orders are not showing for Vendors to see. does notify vendor that an order was placed though. yes the box is checked in capabilities.

    Is the order processing or completed? If yes:

    Please provide a screenshot of the WC Vendors Settings, a screenshot of the order, and a screenshot of the vendor dashboard where it is not showing.

    was showing as processing ,, I changed to complete and still not showing up in vendors frontend, all plugins are deactivated cept woocommerce and the vendor plug

    Also to combine my other threads to this one,, then filter for changing the commission label in the function.php does not work,, and also in the vendor email that is received by vendor it does not apply the shipping cost to the order I have tried it many different ways with all plugs deactivated as well.

    Problem #1: You are using the vendor dashboard shortcodes on the My Account page. Don’t! Use /vendor_dashboard/ for vendors. /my-account/ is for Customers, not vendors. 🙂

    I see all orders from your Admin Order area displaying properly on /vendor_dashboard/ with no problems when logged in as tester.

    what in the world? can you post a screen shot of what you are seeing? cause logged in as tester I am only seeing Media/products/sales reports and profile,, not orders anywhere.

    I see all the orders. 🙂 Perhaps you could post a screenshot of what YOU see?

    Well maybe i am missing something,, all I am seeing under sells reports is an Order tab but no where does it show the buyers info, like name/address/email etc. for the order that was placed.

    You are missing something. You’re looking at the back end. That’s why I keep asking you for a screenshot even though you ignore me each time. 😉

    lol,, ok sorry I understand now.. its in the front end not backend, my apologizes… I get it, problem resolved from me being a dumbass… ok how about the shipping not showing up on the notify owner part? and the filter not working.

    Hello,
    Please make sure that vendor has orders that are completed or processing.
    Also, check that you have set your WC Vendors pages & shortcodes correctly:

    Hi, Anna. I am having the same issue here. I checked the WC Vendor settings as you suggested and it appears the same as your screenshot.

    Hello,
    In the screenshot you are showing the my-account/orders page, which is the page that the customer will visit to see purchases they have made.
    You need to go to the vendors dashboard, then to orders, to see the vendor’s orders/products that have been purchased by a customer. yoursite.com/vendor_dashboard/

    Which issue are you having? The orders not being visible to the vendors?
    IF so, I am going to quote Ben from above:

    Hello, I have purchased my second WCVendors to update my software. It’s fixed the problems I was having however I just received a message from one of my vendors saying that she is unable to see the customers details. Also she did not get an email notification that she had an order like she had before. I just updated the system yesterday in which her it showed working fine prior to me updating the system but now this morning both of her orders do not show so it has to do something with the updated latest version of WCVendors.

    For the time being I was able to provide a pdf Invoice created with a plugin and email her copies of the orders she did not have information on. However I can’t be doing this every time. Attached is the image she sent me. Please let me know any further information you would need….I will send a separate massage with my site details.

    Hello.
    When I logged in, the first thing I saw was this:

    WooCommerce data update – We need to update your store database to the latest version.

    I am not sure what version of WooCommerce you’re updating from, but if it is pre- v3.0 then there were a lot of changes! If you run the DB update, does this resolve the issue?
