NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Orders page in Pro Dashboard crash – if you select the time(in filters) in which no order was placed or time before the creation of vendor’s profile.

    To reproduce: http://dev.wcvendors.com/dashboard/order/#
    1). Select Start date somewhere in Jan 2016 and End date to present.


    2). If you create a new vendors profile and on orders tab – select start time before the creation of vendor’s profile time. Orders page will crash and footer and header nothing will work.

    Issue is high priority because even when you reload the page – it doesn’t load.

    So this happens if admin deletes any order from backend.

    Would be nice to see – if order deletion also delete the record from pv_commissions table.


    We have some checks built into our next update that will prevent these errors.
    However, before deleting an order, you should be reversing the commissions.
    Mark the commissions as due, then reversed (wp admin > woocommerce > commissions). then it can be deleted without having to go to the pv_commissions table in the database.
    Concerning any orders which you have already deleted, please drop them from the pv_commissions in your DB and you should no longer see this error.
