    Hi there

I’ve been developing a marketplace site using the WCV plugin.

I’m just at the stage where I need to set up PayPal adaptive payments.

According to the application page I need to have my site live and need urls for terms of use.

My question is: does anyone know what exactly PayPal need to see in the terms of use? What specific policies meet their criteria?

I have my terms mostly done but I think I might need some specific stuff about payments policies and refunds etc to get Paypal’s approval?

Any suggestions or links to terms that have ‘passed’ would be much appreciated.

    Many thanks
    Jason

    Jason,
I do not know specifically; this question would be better directed to PayPal customer service, as they would be able to provide you with that answer.
