    Hi

I’m just in the process of applying for PP Adaptive Payments.

Part of the process is not clear and I wonder if you could help clarify things.

When Paypal ask for a test URl and test account name and password, what are they actually asking for? do I need to create a customer account or a vendor account for testing purposes? And can the test url be left blank? I have a live site as requested in the application so I don’t understand what they mean by test URL (which suggests a dev site).

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

    Many thanks in advance.

    Jason

Jason, you are not required to fill out that field. You can just leave your live site there and leave that field blank for the testing site.

Anna, I just submitted my application and had an error.

It seems a test user and password IS required.

Can you confirm if this is a customer or vendor test account?

    many thanks
    Jason
