    Hello, I have previously used free version. It worked, but the commission did not charge anything. After which I created the table in the database manually, it ran well. I decided to buy the Pro version and have installed and activated like in the user manual und like in this video guide https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A4kLxsgFplM . It does not work, the page loads and does not start, screen is white .. Have also other side created and the schortkode entered – it does not start .. What is the problem? Ask for a solution or money refund because if you paid for a plugin, it should work and not take so much time to troubleshoot. Thank you!

    If your screen is white, that means it’s an Internal Server Error 500. Please tell us what the last few lines of your error_log say.

    Attached systemreport by WooCommerce. It is not an internall error 500. After the vendor pro activation, the page vendor dasboard does not open, simply infinite wait and nothing, whatever shortcode one inserts.

    Hello,

    If your screen is white, that means it’s an Internal Server Error 500. Please tell us what the last few lines of your error_log say.

    Please follow Ben’s advice there…. check your error_log and show us what those lines say

    In addition…. This may be a plugin conflict. Please deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and WC Vendors… then try to activate WC Vendors Pro.

    Hello Anna,
    I have found the plugin that caused conflict “AZEXO-Query- plugin”. It is search form, but is the most important for the page. What can you do now that both plugins work?

    I do not know what in that plugin is causing such an issue with WC Vendors Pro being able to be used. There are other search forms that do not cause this kind of problem. You can discuss the issue with the plugin author; or, you can use a different search method or plugin.

    Hello,

    Don’t enable the search on the vendor dashboard. We use a single page so you shouldn’t need to load the search on this page.
