This plugin was built into my theme so unfortunately I have to work with it. It is already giving a headache. Whenever vendors submit products from front end, it tells them “thank you for your submission, the product is being reviewed “. However, the item went live without approval. At the backend, there is a checkbox asking if products should be submitted live without approval. That is unchecked so I don’t know how this is possible. Also, can vendors submit downloadable products from front end? I don’t see an option for that. Then, the prices aren’t showing properly. If the price was $4000, it shows it as $4.00 Why?????

I am running a deals website with the kupon theme from azexo. If I were to trade in for the pro version, could i use it for my deals website?

    Hello,
I am sorry- what do you mean that this plugin is built into your theme? Do you mean WC Vendors? We are not built into any theme as far as I know..
Also.. are you using WC Vendors Pro? That is the only way you would have front-end forms for our plugin that we support. Does this theme have front end forms that they have made for our plugin? If so.. then perhaps you need to ask then why these values are not proper (decimals) and also why the permissions for products submission are not correct.

I’ll be glad to help you with WC Vendors and WC Vendors Pro- but I have no idea what is wrong if you are using a front end form from another plugin or theme. 🙁

Thanks for the reply. When I purchased the theme at themeforest.net, the plugin came with the theme. It seems to be the free one. The vendor can submit a product from front end currently but they can’t add downloadable or voucherable products. I brought it to the attention of the theme developer and he said it’s your problem so I must contact you. The url is Yachtsrentalmiami.com can you check to see if it is really a fault of the plugin?

We do not have this issue with out plugin, no. We do not have voucherable products- what is that?
With WC Vendors free, there are not front end forms for vendors for adding products- at least, not built by us. We have front-end forms in WC Vendors Pro that we have built and support.
I looked at their theme page on themeforest, and it looks like they have front end forms for woocommerce- but not for WC Vendors.
Have your vendors visit the dashboard page, then add products (they’ll be taken to wp admin with limited privileges). See if they are able to add a product properly from the admin.
