Hi Guys,

Thanks on work with the updates and I apologize if this is repetitive. I logged an issue but not sure how it got deleted.

I have updated to the latest, However I found issues on two pages.

1) Vendor profile or the /vendorname page.
Few issues on header and footer as well as the product listing.
2) Vendor application form
Same issues on header and footer. There are a few layout issues as well.

Could you please email me the zip file for your theme as you received it unaltered from the developer? [email protected] is me. That’ll help me figure out what’s going on and what custom css you might need to tweak things properly.

Hi ML,

I installed the X theme. It looks good on all pages except the Vendor Store pages. I think we’ll need to write some CSS tweaks or page layout tweaks for it.

Your issue # is 75, and I’ve created a ticket for @digitalchild Jamie to look at and take care of.

Oops! Disregard the comments about the X theme. I posted that in the wrong thread. Your theme is Nielsen. The zip file you sent me is password protected. What’s the password to open it? 🙂

Hi ML,

The new theme zip you sent up worked and installed properly. The entire theme looks great, the only issue I see is the pagination on vendor stores, which Jamie is going to have resolved here shortly.

I did nothing special. I uploaded the theme, activated it, then reloaded the site. I did no configurations or tweaks or anything.

Ben, I tried disabling all plugins except WCV and theme required ones and I still get issues as per the screenshots. Are you able to take a look or should we perhaps wait until Jamie gets to it and see if that fixed it?

Hi mlodhia,

I believe I have fixed the issues you might be having as it was how our stylesheet was adding the box sizing content to our grid grid. Instead of it applying only to our grid it was applying it to the whole page.

To test this you could open the inspector/firebug in chrome/firefox and disable the style from ink.min.css that says something along the lines of html * { box-sizing: border-box; } Just untick all the boxes to disable them and see if that fixes your issue. If it does, I’ve already fixed the issue and it’ll be in the next release. If it doesn’t then I’ll continue to debug and see what I can find.

Can you point me to the file? I found one.

Which has the following code and disabling/removing it didnt work.
