NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hello,

    All of a sudden our Pro License shows Max Activations reached, despite in our .XYZ staging site it is Deactivated.

    At the top shows:

    Please Note: If your license is active on another website you will need to deactivate this in your wcvendors.com my downloads page before being able to activate it on this site. IMPORTANT: If this is a development or a staging site dont activate your license. Your license should ONLY be activated on the LIVE WEBSITE you use Pro on.

    We have copied our License key from our wc-vendors account and pasted in the License key box it still shows “Max Activations reached”.

    Can you please help us to fix this?

    @ozrobotics
    Could you private reply with an admin login & password so I can try activating this for you? There is not an active install for your license on our end; however, I may be able to get this worked out.

    Oz,
    Ok- it is activated now.
    Now, for the Stripe issue- would you download the new Stripe Commissions & Gateway version and see if that helps?
    Of not, let me know and we can investigate this further.

    Oh hey– you have WooCommerce Stripe- not ours.
    If you want the commission split, use ours.
    If not- then please contact WC to see why that version is not marking orders as paid.
    Is the transaction actually going through? But just not showing in the vendor’s orders? Is the vendor commission showing due (wp admin > woocommerce > commission)?

    Hi Anna,

    i just bought yours too. Order #64115

    sales are fine with our current stripe except orders that are purchased with stripe are not showing in the vendor’s dashabird. other than tshi everything’s working fine.

    do you think your stripe and woo strie will conflict?
