NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hi guys,

    I’ve been a long time user of WC vendors, great work. I was unable to download the latest version as my download had expired? I’m sure customers were promised lifetime updates when originally buying the plugin?

    I have just followed your instructions and brought everything up to date.

    Issue 1.

    No shipping is displaying on the checkout? I’m not sure what’s causing this but it was working before updates.

    Issue 2.

    On the product backend, the ‘Product Short Description’ is not showing. I am unable to click the wordpress ‘Screen Options’ either? When I disable the WC Pro plugin the wordpress ‘Screen Options’ works again and the product short description shows up.

    Please help asap.

    Robert,
    WC Vendors Pro has always been a yearly license. 12 months of updates and support.
    Which version of WooCommerce are you using? Would you please share your WooCommerce System Status in a reply, please?

    Hi there,

    I am using Version 3.0.3.

    I have attached a full screen shot, it’s quite long. My vendor dashboard is also not working?

    @artobox
    Have you tested with only WooCommerce, WC Vendors and WC Vendors Pro active? Please try deactivating all plugins except these three, and test. check to see if any or all of these issues are still present.
    Also, temporarily switch to the Storefront theme and test.

    This will help us try and isolate the issue to a possible theme or plugin conflict.

    Hi Anna,

    I tried that and it did fix the problems. I can figure out what is causing issues though. When I deactivate pro, it’s all working fine.

    It makes the back end act strange. I can’t remove the product image and I cannot see ‘Screen Options’ etc.

    What else should I try?

    So, if you deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce, WC Vendors (version 1.9.10) and WC Vendors Pro (version 1.4.2), and switch to the Storefront theme… then it all works properly?
