NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    I seem to be havin an issue when i installed wc vendors pro I am using the social marketplace theme with buddyboss. I have tried to contact them for support but the problem is only when I use wc vendors pro and it is fine with the free version. can someone please help I am not very technically savey. see photos please.

    What issue are you having? I see product add/edit from the admin there in your screenshots…
    I also see this in your woocommerce system status:

    Pro Dashboard Page: ✕ -WC Vendors Pro WILL NOT FUNCTION without this set. Click here to set the page.
    Feedback form page: ✕ Vendor ratings will not work without this page set. Click here to set the page.

    You’ll want to set those pages for sure.
    Please let me know specifically what the issue is that you are having so I can try to help.

    Bsically when I am in the back end admin area when pro is installed I am unable to edit product details suck as price or anything in the product data field. When i just have the free version i am amble to.

    Please follow the steps outlined in our debugging guide here to see if we can isolate this issue, and find out if it is a theme or plugin conflict:https://www.wcvendors.com/help/topic/read-before-requesting-support/

    BuddyBoss has not yet updated their Social Marketplace / One Social to be WooCommerce 3.0 or WC Vendors Pro 1.4 compliant, either. This may cause some issues on your site until they update; they override a lot of our templates.

    Yeah i did that before and like I said WC Vendors pro was the problem. Now it seem to be working fine but tha attributes field is off I try to use an attribute when entering a product and the screen freezes on that tab.

    Hello,
    That is due to the theme (Social Marketplace / One Social and the marketplace plugin by BuddyBoss)- they have not updated their templates and their theme to be WooCommerce 3.0 and WC Vendors 1.4.0 complaint.
