NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    Hi,

    I’d like to know if “WC Vendors Pro” can make it :

    Set a scheduled task to change automatically the order status to “finished” within a delay.

    Example :

    In the general terms of sale of my markeplace, a customer can’t be refunded after 20 days.
    I’d like to set “20 days” somewhere in the admin form to close orders (this action will pay the vendors).

    PS : I’m using Mangopay plugin.

    Hello,
    No- we do not have this type of setting built into WC Vendors.
    You would need to have this custom developed for your site and with the MangoPay plugin.
