NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support
As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system. This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

At this time the only shipping module we can support and that will reliably work with our commissions calculations are the Vendor Shipping module built into WC Vendors Pro.
You could contact a developer at https://codeable.io if you would like to see if a developer there would want to take on the job of facilitating a different shipping configuration for your site.
In the future we’ll have done some work in our core code which will make more possibilities feasible , but right now, we have expanded our shipping just recently to include the options that are now available in Vendor Shipping.
