NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hi,

    I had Related products by vendor working using Code Snippets a few months back, then took it off.

    Now I can’t get it working again, either as a snippet (fatal error below) or adding via:
    /themes/YOURTHEME/woocommerce/single-product/related.php

    Did this stop working after a WordPress update?

    Hello,

    This is related to woocommerce more than us. I would suggest you check out the filter woocommerce_output_related_products_args. You’d just have to add the post_author to the arguments for the product->post->post_author from the global $product. You can do this in your themes functions.php
