NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hi Anna, seems you missed my replies on the previous thread so I created a new one.

    I spoke to buddyboss as you suggested but they didn’t detect any issue from their end and I was able to duplicate the same when switching to storefront theme, meaning the problem isn’t coming from marketplace theme.

    what’s really weird is the “save changes” button isn’t working only on duplicated product. newly created product has no issue being saved.

    ok, what I further found out is that when a simple product is duplicated, I can make changes and the button works perfectly fine but it is when I try to duplicate “Variable” products that the button doesn’t work.

    Ok- thank you. I am testing – I experienced the same results- and I have submitted an issue so we can work on resolving this.
