    The following code ought to (or so I thought) prevent the SEO Framework header from being created on Vendor pages, but it fails due to the third condition returning false.

    add_action( 'init', function() {
    	if ( function_exists( 'the_seo_framework' ) && method_exists( 'WCV_Vendors', 'is_vendor_page' ) && WCV_Vendors::is_vendor_page() )
    		remove_action( 'wp_head', array( the_seo_framework(), 'html_output' ), 1 );
    }, 10 );

    So, WCV_Vendors::is_vendor_page() is returning false despite the method_exists check returning true. This is on a vendor page such as example.com/shops/best-vendor-ever

    Is the final condition being called too soon to return true? Is there a way to resolve this?

    After playing around for a while, firing it at get_header worked out.

    According to the author of The SEO Framework plugin, the incompatibility is because “the template system must be called through WordPress’ query, where they listen to query variables and then load the templates (rather than their [WCV’s] internal rewrite system).”
