Hello, I have several errors that I will list with the new versions:
1 – I have installed the payment module with Redsys cards, when paying by card, the order is NOT complete or confirmed, it is always in pending, and the customer always leaves in the profile to pay (capture 1)
2 – When placing an order in a store, the store does NOT receive the order, no sale information, as you can see in capture 1 there is a completed order, because in the store in question the order (capture 2)
Please, if it is my fault let me know, but these faults are not normal, I have updated woocoomerce, wc vendors free and wc vendors pro to the latest version.

1. I know nothing at all about that payment gateway– I have never heard of it. SO I do not know if there is something not working properly with the gateway/processor , please check with them.2. If you go to WooCommerce > Commission in your admin, is the order showing? Was the vendor given the commission for the order?
I think these issues may be due to the fact that your theme has some REALLY outdated templates. I can see these in your WooCommerce System Status:marketica-wp/wc-vendors/front/ratings/ratings-display-panel.php version 1.0.3 is out of date. The core version is 1.2.3

Hello, Redsys, is the method of payment with card in Spain and in many parts of Europe, is what gives us our method of payment of card by the bank. We need it to work for payments, which are also made and received in the account but are NOT paid on the page.

It has to be a WooCommerce compatible Gateway. Is it?It is 100% compatible with woocommerce, has official plugin and works correctly without wc vendors! (Tested in other woocommerce stores!) Could you please send me a link to the Redsys plugin you are using for your gateway to integrate with WooCommerce? Have you discussed this with them at all?
It seems like the transaction is not even going through properly. Does the order show as paid when you check wp admin > woocommerce > orders?@tamahome

If I knew how to fix it, I would have given you that information. 😉 I am trying to assist as best as I can with the information that has been given. I do not even know if this has anything at all to do with our plugin, or if it is the payment gateway plugin or WooCommerce…Please contact the authors of that Redsys gateway plugin to ensure that it has been updated for WooCommerce 3.0++
WooCommerce made a lot of changes for that new version, and everything has to be updated to comply with the changes.
Otherwise, without being able to see what is happening, I cannot work out why this is occurring on this website.
