    Hi All –

My site is ready to roll except the last step is setting up the PayPal Gateway and understanding it as well.

I am right to assume that once setup with parallel payments that a buyer would purchase an item, checkout with paypal, the money is transfered into my account, and if i select automatically pay the vendor – they get their money -fees?

Does anyone have a cheatsheet on setting this up? I do already have a paypal business account.

    Thanks!

Also, while trying to choose Parallel Payments the form states it is deprecated?

    Thanks!

Although I know it is not exactly current (I did update it once, but PayPal keeps changing their pages), this is our guide to setting up PayPal Adaptive Payments:
    https://www.wcvendors.com/kb/configuring-paypal-adaptive-payments/

Make sure to choose Adaptive payments, NOT chained payments.

Yeah, it is “depreciated”, and we are aware. You can still use Adaptive payments at this time. In the future changes may need to be made; at this time, Adaptive is still working. 😉

If you enable PayPal Adaptive payments, then go to wp-admin > woocommerce > wc vendors > payments and select “Instant”, then yes- the commissions will be split at checkout, with the vendor’s commission going to their paypal, and the admin’s portion going to admin paypal account.
