NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    I’ve been trying to figure out this issue for quite some time now and I’ve searched the forums for a solution. I’ve seen a few threads regarding the ‘There are no shipping methods available’. I somewhat managed to turn that around and now I’ve updated the vendors store addresses and they’re all currently using flat rate shipping costs. However, when the customer uses the shipping calculator, regardless of where they are, it shows a flat rate of £15.00. My vendor set this for INTERNATIONAL shipping only whereas national shipping was set to be free. Please assist me with this as customers are waiting to make purchases.


    Also, the vendor I was testing on was Lamsa. You’ll see their profile in the user section.


    Well I see a few things right away:

    WC Vendors Pro: by WC Vendors – 1.3.9

    This needs to be updated to our latest version of WC Vendors Pro for compatibility with WooCommerce v3.0x. So please update to v1.4.3


    Pro Dashboard Page: ✕ -Your pro dashboard page cannot be set to your free dashboard page.

    Your WC Vendors free dashboard and WC Vendors Pro dashboard both need to be set on their own pages, with the appropriate shortcodes.

    Please make these fixes, and if the shipping is still not working properly after you have done so, let me know and I can login and look at your shipping settings.

    I’ve updated. I’ve also set the dashboards to their own pages. The shipping still does not work.

    The vendor I’m working on is user-edit.php?user_id=8&wp_http_referer=%2Fwp-admin%2Fusers.php
    It’s meant to be free national shipping and then £15.00 International Shipping. When I use the checkout calculator it just remains as £15?

    Now I’m just getting this: There are no shipping methods available. Please check your address or contact us if you need any help.

    I seriously need urgent help on this.


    1. Are you using Vendor Shipping?
    2. Is it the only method you are using (are you also using WooCommerce methods)?
    3. Could you please provide an admin login & password in a private reply so I can look and see if I can find what may be the cause?
