Hi, I have one question: when I received an email as a test email the title appears to be ss_site_title and the contents. How can I change this ss_site_title to my store name “eBooks”? Thank you

DO you have your website title set here:
wp admin > settings > general: Site Title?

This actually does not have anything to do with WC Vendors. From what I know, though, this can happen if you are using a CMS.
You need to find where in your files that this is being used as your site title.
If you are using a CMS, then please contact them to get assistance. This is likely showing up in places other than your emails as well, as the name of your business/website.
