    My store shipping address section is not accepting any new inputs. I am able to update all other fields like billing address, etc. Any idea why this would happen? I updated all WCV plugins, but not WooCommerce yet.

    BuddyBoss has not yet modified their product Social MArketplace / One Social to be WooCommerce 3.0+ or WC Vendors Pro 1.4+ compliant yet.
    This issue may be due to a template that is not up to date- as they override a lot of our templates.
    We did update the store-settings.php template for WC Vendors Pro 1.4.0.
    If you need a copy of Pro 1.3.9 to use until BuddyBoss updates their theme and marketplace plugin, private reply here with your email and I can send you a zip of 1.3.9. If you use 1.3.9, do NOT update to WooCommerce 3.0+

    I am having the exact same problem. My store shipping address will not save. This results in the “There are no shipping methods available…” message on the cart/checkout page because the store shipping address is not stored.
    I deactivated all unnecessary plugins, updated plugins and themes to the latest versions but no change. System status report shows that everything is OK. WC Vendors templates are all up to date. Was a solution found for this problem?

    If you temporarily switch to the Storefront theme, do the shipping fields save properly? These the front-end form shipping address fields (pro dashboard > settings ) that you are referring to, correct?

    Would you please check with the Marketica theme authors to see if they have updates their templates.
    They override some of our templates, and changes were made in this template for our 1.4 update.
    Here were the changes we made for version 1.4:

    Anna,
    I a referring to the “Store Shipping Address” section under the Admin back-end user section where users are defined.
    If I log into the vendor dashboard and go to settings, Store tab, there is no specific section for the “Store Shipping Address”. Under the Shipping Tab at the bottom of the page where is says “Shipping From”, there are only two options: “Store Address” and “Other”. When I select “Store Address”, I get the “There are no shipping methods available…” message. If I select “Other” and input the same address as defined under “Store Address”, I get the same error message.
    I extracted the “store-settings.php” template from the WC Vendors Pro 1.4 zip file just to verify if it is the same one used under the Marketica child theme and it is.
    I also noticed that after logging in as a vendor it takes up to a minute for the pro-dashboard to display and on certain occasions I have to refresh the page for it to open up.

    I switched to the storefront theme, deactivated all plugins except woocommerce and WC vendor free and pro. Still no change. I cannot save the store shipping address on the admin page and on the front end, there isn’t a set of fields to store the shipping address. All I can do is select from a dropdown list of addresses from the shipping tab. The only options are “Store Address” and “Other”. All result in the “There are no shipping methods available….” message.

    On the front end, vendors go to: pro dashboard > settings > store
    And scroll down.. there are no fields for them to add their store address?
    Do you have this disabled in admin? wp admin > woocommerce > wc vendors > settings form

    Yes there are fields to add the store address, not the STORE SHIPPING ADDRESS as is the case in the admin backoffice page.
    No the address fields are not set to be hidden under the WC vendors settings form.

    Ok, I was going by what you wrote in your last reply, here:

    Whatever address the vendor sets in pro dashboard > settings > store will be their store shipping address.

    Regarding the admin fields.. Would you kindly provide me an admin login & password in a private reply so I can take a look and see if I can find an issue?

    I just logged in and checked; the store address, store shipping address… all of those fields are there in the wp admin, and they also accepted my edits.

    Go to user “lunapark” and try imputing the data under “store shipping address”.

    Hello,
    The Store shipping address for that vendor is set- the shipping address is set as the store address.
    And the shipping rates show on the product page, the check out and the cart.

    I do see that the fields are not staying filled in after I save if I go to admin > users and fill in the store shipping address, so I will look into this and be sure that the data is actually being collected.

    I have tested and replicated the issue; I have reported this bug so it can hopefully be fixed for the next release.
