NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    is their any ETA of the woo subscription fix with stripe, i know it will take more time to fix because more coding needed to added to the plugin… im just trying to get a ideal bc i cant make any money without this fix… thanks

    Unfortunately, no ETA at the moment. You’re the first to ever use it and we didn’t realize that Matt left that completely halfway done. Much work will need to be done on it.

    I understand… When I seen the stripe plugin was compatible with woo subscription on the product page… I knew it was no brainer … That was the reason why I purchase the plugin… I guess I will wait a Lil bit more thanks

    Just logged in to see if there was any updates about it.
    I’m in the same situation, set it all up because of the integration with Woo Subscriptions and Stripe connect.
    I truly understand your problem with the coder that didn’t finish it upp, but I really need some sort of estimate, because I might have to change much of my plans if it’s to far in the future (I’m sort of on a deadline).
    Are we talking days, weeks or months?

    Days, no. Weeks, yes. Months, probably not. We’ve removed Subscriptions from the plugin page as supported till we have time to get in there and add in all the missing code.

    Hello

    I’ll be working on this first week of Jan, I have to completely write the support for subscription cause there is NO code that does that, plus I have to update everything to talk to the new subscriptions release cause there is a WHOLE bunch of changes. It just takes time for me to read the entire source code of another plugin (that I didn’t write) to understand how we integrate it properly.

    Apologies for the delay in getting this completed, I’ve just packed up and moved overseas which has eaten away at my development time.

    Hi! From my understanding you haven’t had time yet for this fix? U just wanted to check in for a update and estimate, because I’m sort of in a limbo right now. Choosed to go with WCV because of this functionality was in place… Totally understand the issue with the code from before but really need to know a estimate since this puts us of our timeframe…

    Hi Mikael,

    I’m working on this this month and will have a better estimate at the end of this week. I’ve broken my hand so it has severely reduced my coding and typing capacity for the next 6-8 weeks. I am continuing to work, albeit slower than I’d like.

    Adding this code to your function file will fix the fatal error until you update the plugin again. Ben I hope this help you guys come up with a permanent fix for this

    I have add the wc_help_tip() this function on this file: wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/admin/wc-meta-box-functions.php
