NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Dear Admin,
    I have instant pay enabled, and commission split set-up, but all the Paypal payment went to me as the site owner when I made a test purchase. Also, Enable vendor shop headers doesn’t work. Please help, thanks!

    Hi,

    If the PayPal payment went 100% to you, it means that your vendor did not add a valid PayPal email address to their “Shop Settings” page.

    The enable vendor shop headers should work just fine, when they are enabled you can customize the two template files that call them, vendor-main-header.php and vendor-mini-header.php in the /front/ directory. These files would go in /themes/yourtheme/wc-vendors/front/vendor-main-header.php and /themes/yourtheme/wc-vendors/front/vendor-mini-header.php

    Hi Ben, I tried several times with a couple of different valid Paypal Accounts and valid email address, but the results are still:
    1. All pay goes to me, the admin.
    2.The vender got a system email stated that the Commission payment % is received. But no money in Paypal accouts or Paypal notifications.
    Please advicee. Thanks!

    Hi Andy,

    It’s most likely a problem with how you have the PayPal Adaptive Payments gateway configured, or how PayPal has your account configured. The PayPal software we include has not been changed in a long time, and if instant payments did not work, we’d have a thousand very very very upset forum posts here. 🙂 If you can set a private reply with all of your settings shown that might make something entered incorrectly stand out, but at this point I’m a bit at a loss to suggest to you what to do other than contact PayPal.

    Did you ever get this fixed?

    I’m having the same issue. I have the commission % set but 100% is going to the site.
