NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hi,

    As soon as I activate the free plugin, new visitors are unable to view any page in the website.

    They get “too many redirects” in all the pages of the website.

    Any pointers?

    “WC Vendors plugin won’t work with multisite though.”

    Is the problem because of multisite installation?

    Hello,

    We are not compatible with MultiSite and have no intention of providing this feature. Too many redirects can also happen because you haven’t set the pages in the settings.

    WooCommerce doesnt support multisite. You cant share carts across sites, or even users. Your vendors wouldnt even have an account on other sites let alone the ability to list products on multiple sites. WooCommerce just doesnt support it. For that reason, multisite compatibility with WC Vendors Free or Pro is incredibly low on our todo list. When WooCommerce decides to fully support multisite, we will do the upgrades and necessary code adjustments as well.

    If you’re still getting too many redirects, check wp-admin > woo > wc v > pages, pro, feedback tabs and make sure all of the pages are set with the right shortcodes.

    Thanks Ben for the reply Ben. Too many redirects issue is resolved now 🙂

    I am not going to network activate the plugin, rather activate it in one of my sites. Is it supported? Please confirm so that I can make a purchase.
