    Hi there,

First of all thanks for this great plugin 🙂
I’m having few complaints from my site vendors some of them unable to login, when they try to do so they’re getting white screen. when i’ve enabled the debug mode, i found these errors [ attached screenshot ]

Also one more issue which they’re facing is they’re unable to upload featured images.

    Thanks in advance

For the errors.. have you deleted any orders? Test orders?

Are your vendors logging in my using a special login form, or are they going to the my-account page? Try logging in via my-account and see if this helps or if they still see a white screen.

Also- I am not sure if this is affecting your present issues or not, but it will cause some issues nevertheless– your theme overrides almost all of WooCommerce’s templates. Many of them are out of date. It is important that you update your theme- and if it is updated, let your theme author know that there are a lot of outdated templates.

If you switch to the Storefront theme, are these issues still present?

    Thank for quick response anna.
Yes i have deleted few orders.
Nope, my vendors already using my account page to login and few(vendors) of them (not all) getting white screen, which showing error as attached in screenshot previously.

Yes i am in process of updating those templates but i don’t think that error relates to that, because fatal error come from WP Vendors pro.[ check error screenshot ]

I understand that the templates will likely not be the cause of these issues, but there may be other issues in the future if your templates are not up to date, especially since WooCommerce changed so much int he last major update.

For the deleted orders– if this commission was not reversed before deletion, this can show the errors.
If you can find those orders in your database under pv_commissions, you can drop them from that database table and that should stop the error.

For the image upload issue– are the vendors seeing an error message?
It could be insecure content on the site (try installing Really Simple SSL and run through the options to secure the content on your site)
If that does not resolve the image upload issue, try deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce, WC Vendors and WC Vendors Pro- then test image uploads – to see if one of the other plugins is interfering.

Thanks anna, Your assistance helped me a lot and i’ve resolved one issue but still struggling with 2nd one.
Image upload issue resolved, it was just a plugin conflict [Plugin name hustle] so i deactivated that.

but the vendor login error still appearing, when i deactivated “Newsletter pop up” plugin the error message changed attached is the error screen.
I’ve already dropped the entries from pv_commissions of deleted orders but still getting the similar errors.

    thanks in advance

    Hello,
If you deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce, WC Vendors and WC Vendors Pro- then switch to the Storefront theme– do these errors persist?
Please test that and let me know.
