    Hi,

I have updated all plugins and finally updated WooCommerce to version 3.0.5

As far as it looks like, everything works fine. With just one exception:

    – when an auction is finished, on the check out payment page, the stripe box does not appear. It means, the user cannot select the payment method (such as credit card) and pay with a price of 0.

What do I need to change in order that the stripe box will be in use again?

    Thank you for your support

    Regards
    Philipp

I think it is the price of 0 that is messing it up..

    Hi Anna,

That may be the reason why the payment box does not appear. However, the product/auction had a price. Something puts the price to zero.

What is the reason for this?

    thank you for your feedback

    Regards
    Philipp

    Hello,
    Well that’s odd..
Have you made any modifications or added any custom code to the auctions integration? Or any other code to alter the auctions?
I am not seeing this in my testing, so I am trying to sort out where to begin..

    Hi Anna

There is a plugin from the team of codeable activated. It may be that this plugin with modifications for our website generates problems.

I have deactivated many plugins and created/finished an auction. Each time, the price is zero at the check out page. So it may be that the plugin from codeable is responsible for this issue. I ll contact them.

    Thank you for your support

    Regards
    Philipp

    Hi Anna

Have you heard from other users that with the new WooCommerce version it can generate problems with the price?

    Thank you for your feedback

    @philipp
    I have not, no.
I will do some testing later on a dev site; I will need to install the auctions plugin to do so.
