Hello,
I am trying to add a product, and now I have three new drop down menus when trying to add a new product… they say “Colour”, “Brand”, and “Size”. How do I remove those, or edit those. I went into the product-edit.php, and cannot locate those.
The selection under “Brand” shows names from Envato Market…

Make sure you’ve updated that template by grabbing the new one from the plugin directory, the product add/edit page was changed quite a bit.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin, because it didn’t say auto-update for me. So I installed it, and that’s it.

Nope, you did it right. Just remove and replace.

I have a TEST USER for vendor accounts (Use it to make sure everything is good before making it public update). So I clicked “Add Product” button on the vendor pro dashboard, and as I went through it, it showed three drop downs “Colour”, “Brand”, and “Size”. And in those dropdowns are random selections I’ve never added (Nor do I even know where to add them haha)
Managed to figure it out. My IT manager was playing around with it… my apologies for taking your time!
NEW PROBLEM – Could be me or WC Vendors. When I want to add a product that is downloadable, I go to Media Library, and choose my file. It loads it, and then I get an error saying it cannot upload. Try again later 🙁

No problem at all. 🙂
If you’re getting an error with media uploads, it usually means that another plugin (typically a security plugin) is preventing vendors from uploading files. Or, you have a webserver permission problems. Or, your IT manager screwed around with the vendor roles. Disable all but Woo, WC Vendors Free and WC Vendors Pro and test if it’s another plugin preventing that, if not, it’s permissions or even maybe perhaps the theme interfering in weird ways.
