NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    1) Just wanted to check if the ability for Admin to make some of the fields as required in the Product Form got added in Update 1.4.4 as Jamie was mentioning in this thread

    Making Categories Dropdown Required

    I could not see, sorry if I missed anything.

    2) What does this update mean – Added: Support for text area in form generator?

    1. Jamie had to put that update on hold after the WooCommerce 3.0 update, since we had to stop and rewrite a ton of our code to be compliant with WC 3.0.
    Much of the infrastructure for that feature is already built-in (just commented out) so I expect that he will be able to get back to work on that in the near future for one of our next updates (I am not 100% sure what his schedule is for this).

    2. This update means that you can now add a textarea field if you choose to use our built-in form builder/helper code.. for example, instead of input you could make this field textarea by using WCVendors_Pro_Form_Helper::textarea instead of WCVendors_Pro_Form_Helper::input:
