    Hello Ben !!
I’m already using the PRO version 1.0.2 but not getting notified to update the plugin version to 1.0.3.

    Hello,

Our auto update system is currently offline so you have to manually update the plugin. I’ve also just released 1.0.4 that has some critical fixes in it.

To manually upgrade the plugin you need to FTP the new version to your site.

    cheers,

    jamie.

    Hi Elliot,

You can safely delete the wc-vendors-pro plugin directory and upload a new version. No settings will be lost.

    cheers,

    Jamie.

    Hi Jamie,

I’m also getting following error, when i’m trying to enable the plugin.

Fatal error: Call to a member function get_option() on a non-object in /websites/123reg/LinuxPackage22/se/os/ec/seosecretservice.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wc-vendors-pro/admin/class-wcvendors-pro-commission-controller.php on line 75

Could you please give me some solution for this?

    Thanks.

    Hello,

Download the zip file again. I’ve updated the plugin file with the hotfix. I’ve tested this and it is no longer causing a fatal activation error.

Delete the existing zip file you downloaded, delete the wc-vendors-pro plugin folder and then add the new zip I’ve just uploaded to the site.

You may need to go into your my-account page and deactivate your license also.

    cheers,

    Jamie.

    Hi Elliot,

Glad to hear it! Sorry about that, I don’t often release without Ben being awake but there was some critical updates that needed to be applied and some testing slipped through, hopefully this won’t happen again!

As always if you have any other issues please let us know.

    cheers,

    Jamie.

    Hi Jamie,

I might have picked up on another issue, or it might just be my site…..

Either way since updating, when editing a product the general tab at the bottom of the page doesn’t display any options so you can’t set a price etc. I’ve attached a screen shot.

On another note… Can we make the button to save the items a bit nicer, like the Add product button. They just don’t look good at all. Can also be seen in the screen shot.

    Thanks

    Hello Jamie !!

    It’s installed now.
    Thanks for the great support.

One question from my end, I don’t found Vendor profile update page at front-end (Its available in back-end with WC Vendor).
So when can we expect this functionality?

Would you please make comment on this?

    Thanks again !!

    Hello,

If you go into WooCommerce > System Status in the wp-admin and scroll to the bottom it will tell you if you have configured all the WC Vendors pro settings correctly.

You need to set your pro dashboard pages and then save your permalinks. From there you will have a new dashboard page with all the features there. You can then remove the links to the wc vendors free pages but DO NOT remove them from wordpress, this will break your website.

    cheers,

    Jamie.

    Hi Jamie,

I assume that is in relation to Bhautik’s question. Any joy with my query?

    Thanks

    Hi Elliot,

Next time please start a new thread as it’s a completely different issue and as you can already see it is easily buried in amongst the other issue.

That looks like a theme issue, I’ve just tested the latest in 4 different themes and I cannot replicate this issue. With regards to your submit buttons, these are picking up whatever styles your theme provides and aren’t styled by us at all. The only thing is that we add the ‘button’ class to these submit buttons.

    cheers,

    Jamie.

    Hi Bhautik,

The information stored in the profile is available under the my-account page on the front end. The Settings page on the pro dashboard is for the store settings.

    cheers,

    Jamie.
