I have Version 1.9.11 of WC Vendors and version Version 1.3.7 of WC Vendors pro. I need to upgrade, but there is no autoupdate available. How to get autoupdate?
Hello Peder,
Normally if you have your license active you will receive notifications of an available update.
However, from time to time this does not occur. I saw this several times with v1.3.7 and v1.3.8, for some reason.
In this case, you can manually update WC Vendors Pro. You should receive notifications in the future. even when you are notified, we do not push automatic updates, though- you still need to approve the update.To manually update Pro:
1. back up your site (optional safe measure)
2. download the latest Pro version from your account here: https://www.wcvendors.com/my-account/downloads/
3. deactivate & then delete your current WC Vendors Pro (info/settings are stored in your database….)
5. Immediately upload the new Pro version zip you downloaded from my-account.
6. Activate! ?
