Is it possible to configure WC Vendors Free or Pro to make it this way:

    1. vendor add product by uploading files and selecting many forms i created
    2. vendor paying me for that what he created
    3. product is creating on site and some1 can buy it
    4. information about sell is going to me and to vendor
    5. im sending the product and reciving money from buyer and send some part of it to vendor

    Thanks for help

All but #2! WC Vendors and WC Vendors Pro do not have a way for vendors to “pay the admin” to list a product. It’s a good idea, and one we hope to implement around version 1.4 or 1.5 perhaps which would be many months from now.

I’am thinking and thinking, do you can imagine any theoretical way to do that? I could do that in my project by hiring some1 and give you freedback but i need to see it somehow 🙂

Maybe can I put it together with some Premium Membership Plugin?

    Hi Yato,

Look on wordpress.org for the plugin called “Groups”, and then from WooThemes.com look for the Groups for WooCommerce addon for it. You would need BOTH of these.

1.) Install both plugins and activate them

2.) Create a new group in the Groups setting called “Paid Vendors” or whatever you like.

3.) Create a WooCommerce product, called “Buy your vendor membership” or whatever, set a price, and configure the product so that it adds the buyer to the group “Paid Vendors” for X days or X months or whatever you like.

4.) Restrict access to the Vendor Dashboard pages to the group “Paid Vendors”.

When the buyer buys the membership, they can then see the vendor dashboard. When a buyers membership expires, they can not see it anymore unless they buy their membership again/renew it/whatever.

    Cheers

    Ben

    Hey Ben,

Your idea is great, however is it possible to create multiple types of vendors? I mean by that one type with maximum quantity in stock 30 and 1 product maximum and second for example max in stock 50 and 2 product. I think this is my last question 🙂

    Hi Yato,

That’s possible, but not by default and without custom coding. 🙂 You’d have to use WC Vendors Pro, and then add user fields for the vendors account that set the limits, and the pull and customize the add/edit product page to recognize those limits and be its validation and error out when they are exceeded. Not a simple task, but certainly CAN be done. 🙂
