NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    You find them in the language-file for WCV Pro.
    …wp-content/plugins/wc-vendors-pro/languages/

    You can use the software Poedit for editing the files.

    Hi thanks a lot for answer, I did allready in poedit but it dosen’t go and I can’t found alle the text, like Add New Product or Setting store, do you know if I can found it in another file please? And please can you tell me why i saw my shop like this please? I add yyou one screen for the vendor dashboard cna you help me please?

    You are posting in the WC Vendors Pro forums– but it looks like you are only using WC Vendors free.
    Is this the case? Are you using WC Vendors free only, or are you using PRO?

    Please reply with your WooCommerce System Status.
    Then I can see what you are using and how I can help you modify the proper template or use a filter to change the text that is not translating.

    Hello,
    Well that is only like 1/8 of your System Status…
    But I can already see this:

    Pro dashboard page: ✕ -Your pro dashboard page cannot be set to your free dashboard page. Click here to change.

    So you need to have your PRO dashboard set on its own page with the shortcode. wp admin > woocommerce > wc vendors > pro
    First.. Do that and save your permalinks, then see if it works correctly.

    You needed a separate page for the Pro Dashboard.
    Both the WC Vendors free dashboard AND the WC Vendors Pro dashboard need to be activate and on SEPARATE pages. The free dashboard has the shortcode [wcv_vendor_dashboard] and the Pro dashboard page has the shortcode [wcv_pro_dashboard]

    I have created the Pro Dashboard for you; you can re-name it if you wish.

    I created a vendor account and logged in as a vendor; the pro dashboard is now working correctly.

    For translation you may need to check again with the .po file; I think the dashboard can also be translated mostly– I am not sure if it is all available in Italian. If you have any words on the pro dashboard that are not translating to Italian, then let me know.

    Please change the menu links for your vendors to the Pro Dashboard now instead of the free dashboard. Again- leave the wc vendors free dashboard alone- just direct users to the pro dashboard page now instead.

    Entrambi WCVENDORS fornitori cruscotto liberi e WCVENDORS Pro cruscotto devono essere attivi e in pagine separate. Il cruscotto libera ha la pagina dashboard shortcode [wcv_vendor_dashboard] e Pro ha il shortcode [wcv_pro_dashboard]

    Ho creato Dashboard Pro per voi; è possibile rinominare, se lo si desidera.

    Ho messo su un conto commerciante e collegato come fornitore; Pro cruscotto è ora funziona correttamente.

    Per la traduzione potrebbe essere necessario controllare di nuovo con i file .po; Credo che il cruscotto può anche essere tradotto mostly– non so se è tutto disponibile in italiano. Nel caso di parole su pro cruscotto che non vengono tradotti in italiano, poi fatemi sapere.

    Si prega di modificare il collegamento menu per i vostri fornitori Pro Dashboard ora invece di cruscotto libero. Lasciare le WCVENDORS cruscotto libero come è, situato sulla sua pagina, ma ora dirigere i vostri fornitori per la loro pagina Pro dashboard di utilizzare la dashboard Pro ora.

    That date format, unfortunately, cannot be altered. We had another user asking about this and our lead developer said that due to WordPress display limitations he cannot change that date picker. 🙁

    If you wish to share the translations for our community of users, that would be great!

    As for the date picker– I did respond above. Unfortunately that is not something that can be altered:

    That would be somewhere in the WooCommerce files. The stock status comes from WooCommerce.

    As admin- I could not find an issue.
    I made sure everything was updated, etc.
    Could you provide me with the login to the vendor that has all of those products so I can see that page?
    It is likely an issue with the pagination with the theme..

    This is something with the pagination in your theme.
    I switched to the Storefront theme, and the pagination worked properly.
    Please bring this to the attention of your theme author and see if they have something could be disabled when viewing the vendor pro dashboard pages.
