NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    Greetings,

    I have an issue wtih regards to the vendor notification email. My vendors are not able to receive any notifications. I have read through your forums and could still not find the solution. Please look at Print screen. My recipient tab under the Woocommerce email setting is not set to vendor. I do not know how to set this. Could you kindly assist me on this?

    Hello,
    That email does not need to be configured to send to the vendor in the wp-admin > woocommerce > settings > emails screen, as it is already hard coded within the email code to be sent to the vendor.

    I highly recommend the plugin POSTMAN SMTP https://wordpress.org/plugins/postman-smtp/ . When I had email issues on my own site, they were resolved by going through the configuration steps in Postman SMTP. Also, if you check the logs provided by that plugin, you can see if the emails are actually being dispatched or not. Very helpful.

    Hi Anna,

    I still cannot configure why my vendors are not receiving any emails. I have installed the Postman smtp plugin but am also having issues with that. Could you kindly assist me on this as I only have a few days left before my site is launch for public. Can i give you an account for my wp-admin for you to take a look?
