    Hey guys!

I am using your Pro plug in along with BuddyPress marketplace. I am wanting to give vendors the option of paying either a commission OR a monthly subscription fee to list on the site. Can you please tell me which plug in you guys recommend to this that will work best with you guys?

Also, in checkout – PayPal, I had added my PayPal log in details where it states API address for processing refunds. ”API credentials.
Enter your PayPal API credentials to process refunds via PayPal. Learn how to access your PayPal API Credentials” I have tried to edit this with the proper fields and also delete it and yet it just reloads and comes straight back again,. How can I adjust this?

    Thankyou very much!

    Hello,
If you use a membership/subscription plugin that does not force you to change the user’s role to something within the subscription plugin, you can do this.
Here is an example of how I used paid memberships Pro, and some code that will help change the user’s role to vendor once they have paid.

For the PayPal refunds issue– I actually have no idea which fields you are referring to. Could you send a screenshot? This sounds more like a question that should be directed t PayPal– but I’ll try to assist if I can. I am just not sure what fields you mean in checkout..

Can you tell me what coding you used and where I add this.
How does it work with people only on the commission agreement?
    Thankyou so much!

As for the PayPal issue- I worked this out 😉

And checked out your website, it looks amazing!!

I at one time just had paid memberships pro configured so that if a user wanted to be a vendor and receive 100% of commissions, they needed to pay a monthly membership.
I had two memberships they could choose from: free (90% commissions) or paid (100% commissions).
Using the code in that forum post (placed in your theme/child theme functions.php file), once they chose a membership they were given the vendor role needed by WC Vendors.
I then went and manually changed the paid members (wp admin > users) to 100% commissions rate in their user screen. I did not add code to automatically change the commissions rate, since at the time it was a bit too complicated and I did not mind changing the paid members manually as admin.
