NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    1) I’m having problem with the Vendor Page, when using the free plugin both filters and layout selections worked fine with my theme (Atelier), but when installing the Pro version the filter disappeared and the layout options (grid, list etc.) is now on the left side of the product grid. How do I fix this? (attached image)

    2) Also I want to be able to customize the Vendor page, for example I want to add tabs below the Vendor banner with “About us” for instance. So I wonder where I can do this and how can I customize in a safe way (for future updates)?

    3) How do I make it default for the ratings of a Vendor to be visible? The vendors I set up dont have any rating but I still want unfilled stars to be shown, so that it indicated that there is a rating system.


    4) I read that you will add shipping to the frond end dashboard, does it mean that a vendor will be able to limit where he/her sell the products? For instance “local delivery” – just selecting in what postcodes (with wildcards) the product can be delivered?

    5) Also read that the Vendor-list will be available as grid in the future, do you think it will be within the year?

    6) Also read that other people are interested in Stripe Managed Accounts but I can’t seem to find in what time frame it could be available. Is it in the loop or just something that might be included in the future?


    7) Customization, how is your schedule regarding this? Is it a long cue for it?

    1.) What theme are you using? We’re still progressing with the vendor store layouts and how each theme interacts with them.

    2.) All in the store templates! 🙂 Check out the KnowledgeBase for an article on how to modify templates, and in the WC Vendors Pro Setup Guide also in the KB is a list of what each template is and what it does (at the very bottom of the setup guide)

    3.) wp-admin > WooCommerce > WC Vendors > Feedback — and set the feedback to start as 5 stars when no ratings are present

    4.) Maybe. We’re writing it right now, we’ll keep that feature in the task list and see how it works for calculating shipping. If we can do it, we will, if not, well……

    5.) Most likely, like 95% certain yes.

    6.) Stripe is a standalone plugin we sell of course, and we dont have any plans to integrate Managed Accounts. However, you yourself can connect a vendors Stripe access by logging in as the vendor (Install the User Switching plugin on wordpress.org to do this really easily and fast without having to know their password) and then just connect to Stripe with their details.

    7.) It’s way longer than I’d like it to be. 😉 Our rates are too reasonable sometimes. We’re booked pretty solid right now till Christmas. It all depends on what you needed done of course!

    2) Cool, will try to customize it in my childtheme during next week 🙂

    3) I got Woocommerce > WC Vendors > Vendor Ratings > And here I can check that box, but I don’t get any ratings on the 2 stores I’ve set up. Could I’ve missed anything? Else I have to get back to you with page info in private.
    (Other info as store description, name, banner etc. could be seen on the vendor page)

    Really keen on number 4 – local shipping option and postcodes – will apply to a lot of my vendors.

    1.) That’s not a theme we have. But if you want to email it to us, send it to [email protected] and we’ll upload it to our dev site. 🙂

    3.) You wont have any ratings till someone buys something from a vendor, and then visits their my account page to leave feedback on it. Test it out! 🙂

    I’m new working with WP and I actually chose it partly of your plugin. I tried to customize the templates, amazing stuff! Vendor grid and customizing the vendor page easy as ABC!
